1. Agreement

By creating a card, replying to one, or sharing in a guest gallery on Kad Jemputan, you agree to these terms. The service is run by Foxinex Solutions [SSM registration number]. You must be 18 or older to create a card.

2. Your account

Couples sign in with a Google account. You're responsible for what happens under your account, so keep it secure.

3. Your content

• You own the names, wording and photos you add to your card, and guests own what they share in a gallery.
• You give us permission to store and show that content only to run the service for that wedding.
• Only upload content you have the right to use, and don't share photos of other people without their permission.
• We may hide or remove content that is unlawful, offensive, infringes someone's rights, or breaks these terms.

4. Guests' data

Couples must use their guests' replies and uploads only for their own wedding, and must not use the service to contact guests for unrelated or marketing purposes. We handle guest data as described in the privacy notice.

5. Plans

• Every card starts on the Free plan. Paid plans (Basic and Premium) are a one-time charge per wedding, in Ringgit.
• Each plan's limits (replies, gallery items, videos) are shown on our pricing page when you upgrade.

6. Guest galleries

Gallery uploads are kept for 6 months after the wedding date, then deleted automatically. Couples should download anything they want to keep before then.

7. Availability

We aim to keep cards and galleries online at all times but can't promise uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses from downtime, lost uploads or incorrect headcounts beyond the amount paid for that wedding.

8. Ending the service

• You can unpublish or delete your card at any time; deleting it deletes all its replies, wishes and gallery items.
• We may suspend a card that breaks these terms, with notice where possible.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will post the date of any change here. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes go to the courts of [Kuala Lumpur]. Contact: [contact email].
